THE cpi FOR THE MONTH OF mAY 2017 IS RELEASED AS 278. EARLIER MONTHS INDEX ARE jAN 274, FEB.274, march 275 & April277.
if the CPI remains the same ie.278 for June then pensioners will receive 6 slabs  D.R. increase in August.

inservice employees will get increase of 19 slabs for the nest quarter.
