Get-together of UIIC RETIREES GROUP CHANDIGARH held at Hotel KC Regency Sector 35 B Chandigarh
As planned, a get-together of UIIC RETIREES GROUP CHANDIGARH was held today at Hotel KC Regency Sector 35 B Chandigarh.
The meeting was attended by 38 participants out of 41 confirmations. The meeting started at 10.30 AM with breakfast.
Thereafter each Member gave a self-introduction. Although the maximum participants were known to each other it was necessary for the new members enrolled recently to know all.
Dr C K Mahajan briefed about the importance of Vedic astrology and Vastu in which he recently was conferred a doctorate degree.
Members were briefed about our pending issues and the steps that are being taken by the Association to resolve them. Though the minutes of the AGM of GIPA NZ were already circulated, however, members were again briefed about the same.
Members were also informed about the ensuing General Body Meeting of Chandigarh Unit of GIPA NZ proposed to be held on 2nd December 2023 and were requested to attend the same in large numbers I.e. motivating at least one Member each to attend the same.
Thereafter musical session started in which Dr Virander Kumar, Shri S L Gigoo, Shri Mohinder Pal, Shri M S Brar, Shri Ashok Kumar, and V D Sharma participated.
The meeting ended after lunch and a group photograph of participants which stands posted above by Shri Sonam Angrup ji.
