Sub Committee which was formed in the EC meeting held on 15 th 16 th October at Raipur with the following members
1) MrK S Samant 2) Mr U. Banerjee 3) Mr Shyam Mathur 4) Mr Satish Shende
5) Mr Ramchandran Nair 6) Mr Rajnish Pandey 7) Mr P K Chaudhury, met in virtual meeting on 10 th November and discussed on the terms and reference set for taking decisions. Due to inadequate time all the points could not be discussed. However on the issue of Family Pension the Committee felt we should write to PMO for advising DFS to clear the recommendations made by GIPSA and also seek appointment of newly appointed Secretary, DFS.

We should also take help of political leaders to take up this issue with PMO Or Finance Minister's office. We have to also pressurise Jt Forum to take up our long pending cause on priority. Regarding Parliamentary Committee on Assurance to meet the members on the statement made by the then FM in1918-19 and subsequent statement made by current FM while placing 2021 -22 budget. the committee decided to meet some of the members from the committee to know what action so far government has taken to keep the companies under Public Sector.

However it was also tentatively decided to plunge in to action program to achieve our various demands. It will start with wearing Black Badge when you go to submit life certificate or at least assemble at Regional Offices in every centers and hold some demonstration on the 1sr day of New year. Signature campaign also be arranged to send to PMO/ Speaker, Loksabha and FM. One day Dharna program in Metro Cities and big centres culminating with massive All India Dharna (One full day) at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi during budget session.

Further decision will be taken by this committee when they again meet in 12 th and 13 th December at Mumbai. In the mean time we request all zonal secretaries and unit Secretaries to go for appeal for donation to members particularly to those who will be getting arrears after pay revision wef 01-08 2017.We are also taking up the case of recovery coming to pensioners who retired from service from 1st August 2017to 31st January 2018, with GIPSA.
With greetings,

U. Banerjee.
General Secretary.
