General Body meeting of Chandigarh unit of GIPANZ held on 13th November 2021
General Body meeting of Chandigarh unit of GIPANZ held on 13.11.2021 Shri Joginder Singh, president of Chandigarh unit welcomed the delegates from all over the Punjab and Haryana. Dr Kohli briefed the house about formation and activities of unit.
Shri Shyam Mathur General Secretary GIPANZ congratulated the unit for contribution of Rs 8.91 lacs by 483 members for PM Care fund.
He informed the house about the number of efforts made by association on various issues and numbers of meetings with additional secretary, ministry of finance, CMD OIC, CEO HITPA and authorities of GIPSA.
He also discussed the progress of various pending issues. Improvement in services of HITPA like sms services at the time of intimation of claim to settlement of claims. Online registration of claims etc.
He shared the efforts made by association for Issuance of Pension slip, start of family pension and online life certificate.
He also narrated about meeting with then MOS, finance Shri Anurag Thakur on 19.1.2021 and recent meeting with additional secretary finance.
Discussions in GIPAIF at 6th General body meeting and responce of Chairman GIPSA was also shared with members.
Shri NP Upadhyay ji, president of GIPANZ impressed upon the importance of association and it's utilities especially for pensioners and narrated some instances. He also said that maintainance of health is very important so everyone should be alert for keeping good health.
Mr. V D Sharma ji has conducted the proceedings and vote of thanks was presented by Shri T P Sharma. Total nearly 170 pensioners, family pensioner's has attended the meeting.
