Pension in HIGH COURT

The writ petition filed by general insurance pensioners all India federation and aam bima sevanivritt karamchari samiti was listed on 11 7 2019 before honble division bench consisting honble chief justice ravindra bhat n justice dinesh mehta.on behalf of petitioner anil bhandari argued some time that pensioners retired or died prior to 01 08 1997 may kindly be granted n increase minimum pension from time to time n be declared to entitled dearness relief @ not lesser than 0.23% till  31 07 2002 n to enhance 0.29% from 0.17% for amount between Rs 2130 to rs 3850. However, ld counsel for the union of India sought the last chance to file their reply. As such matter was posted for hearing on 13 08 2019.on behalf of insurance, cos reply is filed
