Room Rent

1% of SI upto Rs.10 lakh

Maximum Room rent eligibility Rs.15000 in A Class City & Rs.12500 in other cities

ICU Charges

Shall be double that of Room rent entitlement

For Dialysis, Chemo therapy as per limit of sum insured

Maternity benifit

Normal delivery A class cities Rs.50000 & for other cities Rs.40000

For caesarean RS.100000 for A class & Rs.65000 for other cities

New born baby is covered from day 1 to 90 days without premium and from 91 days premium will be payable on pro rata basis

Health check up facility is once in 4 claim free years & Maximum health check up Rs.5000 for entire family

Pre & Post hospitalisation is covered

Pre hospitalisation.  30 days prior to date of admission

Post Hospitalisation 60 days from the date of Discharge

Domiciliary hospitalisation Rs.100000 during policy period

Oral Chemotherapy and peritonial dialysis limit enhanced to Rs.1000000( 50% of Sum insured upto maximum 10 lakh)

All Modern technology procedures sub limits enhance by 50% and maximum limit is RS.10 lakh

Claim related to cataract will be limited to actual or maximum Rs.100000 which ever is less

Ambulance charges are enhanced to Rs.10000 per hospitalisation in case travel is more than 50 km one side involving inter city
