SLP filed by United Bank of India in the Supreme Court

SLP filed by United Bank of India in the Supreme Court challenging the order of Kolkata  Division Bench in favour of extending 100 PC DA Neutralization was taken up yesterday for admission. Considering the importance of the issue involved, AIBRF has decided to take all steps to handle in the Supreme Court in consultation with the United Bank of India Retired Employees Welfare Association who are the original petitioner in this case. Accordingly, AIBRF has engaged senior counsel to argue the case in today's hearing.

After hearing both the parties, the Bench has postponed the hearing. The date is yet to be announced.
