Where are these 21300 Missing Senior Citizens ? What are we doing ?

As per recently released National Crime Records Bureau 2016 Report there are Total 30767 Missing Seniors. In 2016 alone 13236 were reported Missing. 17531 were reported missing from previous years. 

Only 9467 were Found, i.e 30.8% were Found 

No one knows where are 21300 Missing Seniors.

Reasons for missing Seniors: Dementia, Alzheimer's- memory loss and Lack of family support
