the pensioners of pune unit met on saturday the 24th June 2017. 132 pensioners from Pune, Ahemdanagar, Nasik, Kolhapur, Sholapurattended this meeting. from Mumbai 14 governing Council memebers were present. shri Shende initiated the proceedingss. President shri Rajendra Samal presided. Cahiran shri Ashok Kulthe welcome the memebers/pensiners. he also desired to delibarete on issues like Family pension, updation of pension, mediclaim amongst other issues of pensioners. he briefed he gathering of prevailing situations. thereafter General Secretary shri U Banerjee spok at lenght. kaka samant also addressed the gathering.
Chairamn shri Samal opined that to improve the industry it is necessary to reverse the out source department like brokers. he sugggested that why GIPSA should pay to brokers commissiooon. the clientare real getting service from brokers. therefore they should pa to brokers. so so also for claim amamnegement officers should visit the sight of the claim. claim amanagement team must take extra pains to ensure speedy & genuine settlement of claims. Ramteke gave a vote of thanks.
